Yesterday was the beginning of a whole new adventure, as I wrote on my Instagram. I got the keys to my new studio. It's a really huge moment for me, as a multitasking designer, because finally I'll be able to bring together all my activities. Combining watercolor approaches with architectural skills and fashion ambitions will bring me a crazy explosive mix! I'm so excited! I feel that it kind of breaking point in my life, amazing beginning for my new crazy projects. The studio is the place where all my sickest ideas will be put into practice, where all my dreams will come true and where I'm going to achieve all my aims (short term ones, cause there are some huge, long term ones too of course) . The studio is still almost empty but so bright and clear, ready to arrange a perfect workspace. Just cannot wait to work out the design, materials, colors, functional zones!
I think this is also the best moment to think over my activity as an entrepreneur. So far I have been sharing the old studio as a coworking room. It was such an amazing experience! There was some guys working on car design (CARART) whose projects you can see on the wall above, some architects (PONADTO), one stage designer and a guy whose beloved hobby is to make kitchen knifes (KŁOSY)! I'm so grateful I had the possibility to coexist with such inspiring and creative people! I love how they enjoy their lives and find the balance between work and privacy, or rather how they extremely mix it together. I'll miss you guys...
From now on, I've got my studio for my own and for my future team, which I'll be gathering as soon as my projects speed up. So keep your fingers crossed for the new chapter in my life and stay tuned for some interior updates!
Still in the subject of fruits and developing my watercolor skills. I'm working on my project of textile print and I'm making most effort to explore my idea as much as possible. This sketch shows my mixed media experiment and it's amazing how diverse and quaint is the result! I'm so glad I gave it a try!
I'm learning. I'm doing the best I can right now, and I'm getting better with it every day - Peter Clifford
