Wondering how to measure the effect of my diet I came across the picture below (it's disgusting I know... but figurative) and immediately decided that being fit, firm and musculed is more important to me than losing my weight. If I want to have attractive body it doesn't mean that I need to be super skinny. So I made up my mind and I measured my circumference of hips, waist and thigh. And it's 102, 76 (yeah... I know that my waist to hips ratio is excellent but both values are objectively large...) and 63 (shame on me...).
I hope we'll se some results soon!
