Today is a turning point for my blogging. For the blog, I suppose, it's not, but I'm not sure yet. There won't be turning upside down revolution nor any huge changes on the blog. Maybe some small ones. Yeah, this is what I mean – a blogging revolution and tiny retouch on the blog. Let me explain! All the confusion started from my today's bloggers' workshops. I was listening to the lectures, debates and I was sharing my experience with others. And now I'm trying to sort out in my mind everything what happened. The hardest part was the „elevator pitch”! For the first time I had to summarize in 10 sek to a newly met person what my blog is all about. It turned out that don't know it myself! Thought... I know it in general, but it's hard to explain. The theme is soooo wide that I rather need 100 sek to barely depict that. Cause okey, I can say my blog is about my projects and inspirations but in fact it a bit of street style, bit of shopping, ambient, artistic inspirations and some other... There are also some drawing projects, fashion projects, textile printing, weaving (more about that soon...) and some difficult to qualify like this above, which you've seen unfinished before. It's like a undefined mass. The mass of artistic development? I'm not sure. There is so many interesting things around me that I find it really difficult to limit myself (in my professional life too) to a more specified theme. Next important question is: why do I write? Partly, I write for myself. To think over and summarize what I see and what I do. I admit it also helps me to face my english writing skills, as it's not my first language (as you've noticed, for sure...). But I'd love my writing to bring the value to your lives, to give you amazing esthetic experience. I want to maintain a tension of waiting for a next post in you, and to maintain a tension of creativity in me. Last but not least! For te first time I asked myself who you are! My readers, to whom am I writing? If I write about so many different topics you can be textile printing or weaving hobbyist. Or fashion design students. Or street style and shopping lovers. Some people say, blog is like a brand – you need to define your target group in order to profile your content. To know what to write. But I believe It works the other side too. I do believe that my content can clarify, can pick up my readers (even if my content is very open and undefined). Therefore, one sentence to summarize what I was trying to figure out. I think I want to develop my artistic activities in here – both projects and insirations and abandon streetstyle and shopping which I find less „mine” and mismatching.
