Holidays should be all about sleeping, eating, sipping drinks and simply having fun. And so was mine. I've spent last two weeks trying to catch the best moments from my spare time. And I had to admit that I was rather a passive catcher. I was lazy waiting to have my meals cooked, baked and gave and my drinks shaken, decorated and served. And it was simply the best way to enjoy my vacations.
But to be honest, I really like to cook something from time to time, especially when I can share the pleasure with my beloved one. I'm not a professional and I assume that I do cooking for fun, so I always choose simple recipes, or I make them simpler, as much as I can. That's the trick I did with the recipe above. Originally (taken form Olga Smile) it was with four slices of white bread and without radishes and any chive. There was something with separating one tomato for some reason and with blending. However I decided to synthesize this and to illustrate what I did. While illustrating I skipped the step with peeling tomatoes, but still I did that one. Then, here you have a quick and simple guide how to prepare the most famous spanish cooler soup called Gazpacho. It's really delicious!
